Our office is conveniently located in downtown Orlando at the northwest corner of the intersection of Orange and Magnolia Avenues.  Orlando's landmark "Statute of Liberty" is in the middle of that intersection, and the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce building is across the street to the north.

The office is in a two story modern office building, Pointe Ivanhoe, on the north side of Orange Avenue, overlooking Lake Ivanhoe. There is a free parking lot on the west side of the office building, and an additional free parking lot across Orange Avenue.

DIRECTIONS:

FROM SOUTH ORLANDO: From Colonial Drive (Hwy. 50), drive NORTH on Magnolia Avenue, cross the railroad tracks, and TURN LEFT at the next intersection, onto Orange Avenue, heading southwest.  Then take an IMMEDIATE RIGHT TURN at the first curbcut, which is the entrance to the office building's parking lot.

FROM NORTH ORLANDO & WINTER PARK: Drive SOUTH on Orange Avenue and cross the intersection with Magnolia Avenue.  Just past that intersection, take an IMMEDIATE RIGHT TURN at the first curbcut, which is the entrance to the office building's parking lot.

FROM INTERSTATE 4 (S.R. 400) FROM THE WEST: Exit at EXIT 84, the Ivanhoe Blvd. Exit.  TURN RIGHT onto Lakeview Street, heading west.  Then take an IMMEDIATE LEFT onto Legion Place, which is  before the I-4 overpass, heading south.  The Sonesta Orlando Downtown Hotel will be on your left.  At the first traffic light, TURN LEFT onto Orange Avenue, heading northeast.  Then TURN LEFT into the the office building's parking lot at the last curbcut before the next traffic light.

FROM INTERSTATE 4 (S.R. 400) FROM THE EAST: Exit at EXIT 84, the Ivanhoe Blvd. Exit.  TURN RIGHT onto Lakeview Street, heading east.  Then go under the I-4 overpass and BEAR TO THE RIGHT onto Legion Place, heading south.  The Sonesta Orlando Downtown Hotel will be on your left.  At the first traffic light, TURN LEFT onto Orange Avenue, heading northeast.  Then TURN LEFT into the the office building's parking lot at the last curbcut before the next traffic light.
